Advanced Binary Operations LLC ("ABO," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at advancedbinaryoperations.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit the Site and how we handle it. We have deliberately built this Site to minimize the data it touches.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The Site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, session identifiers, or cookies of any kind. We do not operate user accounts on this Site. We do not host web forms here; inquiries reach us only when you click a mailto: link and send an email from your own email client.
2. Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting and content-delivery provider — Cloudflare, Inc. — records standard server and network metadata (including IP address, request timestamp, HTTP method, URL path, referrer, and user-agent) for operational, security, and abuse-prevention purposes. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
The Site loads typography from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests these assets, Google receives your IP address and user-agent. Google's handling of that data is governed by policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Information You Send Us
If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you choose to include. We use this only to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate potential commercial relationships, and to maintain records required by law.
4. How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about our platforms and services
- Maintain the security and reliability of the Site
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except for service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email delivery) or where required by law.
5. Data Retention
Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably required to conduct business and to meet legal obligations, then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable retention rules.
6. Licensed Platforms — Separate Policies
Software platforms operated by ABO — including QuReDec at quredec.com — are standalone services with their own accounts, billing, and user-data practices. Each platform publishes its own privacy policy that governs any data collected through that platform. This policy covers only advancedbinaryoperations.com, the corporate marketing site. If you have a QuReDec account, see the QuReDec Privacy Policy for the terms that apply to your product use.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing.
California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share), the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Site is intended for an adult, business-professional audience. We do not direct the Site to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, U.S.) or under 16 (GDPR Article 8, EU). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information — for example, by emailing the contact address below — please notify [email protected] and we will delete it within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Licensed platforms operated by ABO may have their own age requirements and minor-protection measures; see each platform's own Privacy Policy (for example, QuReDec's Privacy Policy requires users to be 18 or older).
9. International Visitors
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., information processed about you will be transferred to and handled in the United States under U.S. law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
